For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

2.1 By registering an Account on php33, accessing any part of the platform, or using any service provided by php33, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with any applicable supplementary policies including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
2.2 These Terms form the entire agreement between you and php33 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or communications between the parties relating to the subject matter herein.
2.3 php33 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. See Section 14 (Amendments) for further details.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an Account or use any service offered by php33. This requirement is strictly enforced in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations. php33 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or terminate any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age, with any balance subject to forfeiture.
3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. The php33 platform is intended for use by persons located in jurisdictions where online gaming is legally permitted. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether using php33 is lawful in your jurisdiction. php33 makes no representations regarding the legality of its services in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.
3.3 Single Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on php33. Registering multiple Accounts, whether using the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. php33 employs automated and manual controls to identify duplicate Accounts. All duplicate Accounts and their associated balances will be suspended and are subject to forfeiture.
3.4 Employee Exclusion. Employees, directors, officers, contractors, and their immediate family members of php33 or any affiliated entity, game provider, or software supplier are not permitted to hold player Accounts or participate in any games or promotions offered on the platform.
4.1 To use php33's gaming services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current information, including a valid Philippine mobile number, full legal name, and date of birth. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your Account information at all times.
4.2 php33 requires successful mobile number verification via one-time password (OTP) to activate an Account. The OTP is sent to the mobile number provided during registration and must be entered within the validity period specified on-screen.
4.3 KYC Verification. php33 may require identity verification at any stage, including but not limited to, prior to processing withdrawal requests exceeding specified thresholds, as part of anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance, or when suspicious activity is detected. Acceptable documents include:
4.4 php33 reserves the right to refuse Account registration or to suspend an existing Account pending verification if the information provided is determined to be inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable.
4.5 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any OTP codes. php33 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account where such access was facilitated by your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify php33 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your Account.
5.1 php33 accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, BPI Online Transfer, BDO Online Transfer, UnionBank Online, 7-Eleven (CLiQQ), and USDT (TRC20 network). The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
5.2 All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source is registered to a person other than the Account holder — are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension and funds forfeiture.
5.3 The minimum deposit amount is Philippine Peso (₱) 100.00 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion. Deposits are credited to your php33 Wallet upon successful processing by the respective payment provider.
5.4 php33 does not charge transaction fees on deposits processed through GCash, Maya, or standard bank transfers. Fees applied by third-party payment providers are outside php33's control and are the responsibility of the Player.
5.5 In compliance with Philippine anti-money-laundering legislation, php33 may place holds on deposits pending verification and may report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities as required by law.
6.1 Players may request withdrawal of available funds from their php33 Wallet at any time, subject to the conditions set forth in this Section. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where possible, in accordance with anti-money-laundering best practice.
6.2 Withdrawal Eligibility. To be eligible to withdraw, a Player must have: (a) successfully completed KYC identity verification; (b) satisfied all applicable Wagering Requirements for any active Bonus; and (c) not violated any provision of these Terms.
6.3 Processing Times. php33 targets the following processing timelines from the time a withdrawal request is approved:
6.4 php33 reserves the right to request additional documentation prior to processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding ₱50,000 per transaction or ₱200,000 per calendar month, or in circumstances where AML protocols require further verification.
6.5 php33 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard GCash and Maya withdrawals. Fees imposed by receiving financial institutions or e-wallet providers are outside php33's control.
6.6 php33 reserves the right to withhold or reverse withdrawal requests where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, misuse of Bonuses, breach of these Terms, or where a regulatory obligation requires such action.
7.1 php33 offers various promotional incentives to Players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback rewards, free spins, and VIP loyalty program benefits. All promotions are subject to individual promotion terms, which shall be published at the time each promotion is made available.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in specific promotion terms, all Bonuses are subject to Wagering Requirements before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier will be stated in each promotion's terms.
7.3 php33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are intended for genuine Players and may not be used in conjunction with strategies designed to circumvent their intended purpose.
7.4 php33 reserves the right to deny, reverse, or withhold any Bonus where: (a) the Bonus has been obtained through misrepresentation; (b) the Account holder has been found to be operating multiple Accounts; (c) the Bonus has been used in a manner inconsistent with these Terms or applicable promotion terms; or (d) the Player has engaged in any prohibited conduct as outlined in Section 9.
7.5 One Bonus Per Player. Unless promotion terms expressly state otherwise, promotions are limited to one per Player, household, device, IP address, and shared payment method.
8.1 All games available on php33 are operated in accordance with the rules published for each individual game. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the rules of a specific game, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics, and these Terms shall prevail with respect to Account, financial, and compliance matters.
8.2 RNG Certification. All Random Number Generator (RNG)-based games on php33 are supplied by certified third-party providers whose RNG systems have been independently tested and certified. php33 does not manipulate game outcomes.
8.3 Live dealer games are operated by third-party studio providers and are governed by the rules displayed within the relevant game interface. php33 is not responsible for technical issues arising from the live dealer provider's own infrastructure, subject to Section 12.
8.4 Malfunction Policy. In the event of any game malfunction, system error, or connectivity failure that materially affects the outcome of a game round, php33 reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the applicable stake to the Player's Wallet. In no circumstance shall php33 be liable for a win that resulted from a game malfunction.
8.5 Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the php33 system are binding. Players may not cancel or modify a bet after it has been placed and confirmed, unless the specific game rules expressly permit such action.
9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the php33 platform. php33 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account engaged in the following activities, with any funds subject to forfeiture:

11.1 All content, materials, software, trademarks, logos, trade names, game interfaces, graphics, text, and other intellectual property displayed on or forming part of the php33 platform are the exclusive property of php33 or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
11.2 No content from the php33 platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or used in any derivative work without the express prior written consent of php33. This restriction applies to all media and formats, whether now known or hereafter developed.
11.3 php33 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms. This license does not include the right to: (a) sublicense the platform to any third party; (b) access the platform's source code; or (c) use any php33 trademark or brand asset for any commercial purpose.
12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, php33, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or failure of security measures.
12.2 php33's total cumulative liability to any Player for any cause of action shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 php33 does not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. php33 will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but makes no warranty of continuous availability.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit php33's liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
13.1 php33 collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy.
13.2 php33 processes personal data in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and applicable regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission.
13.3 php33 may be required to disclose Player information to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), law enforcement agencies, or other competent regulatory authorities in the Philippines where required by law or regulatory obligation. Such disclosures do not constitute a breach of privacy obligations under the Data Privacy Act.

14.1 php33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Players via the registered mobile number or account notification system no less than seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the amendment, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.
14.2 The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at php33.app/terms-conditions and will display the effective date of the current version. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.
14.3 Your continued use of the php33 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request closure of your Account.
15.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
15.2 Informal Resolution. Before initiating any formal dispute process, Players are encouraged to contact php33's customer support team in the first instance. php33 commits to making a genuine effort to resolve disputes informally within ten (10) business days of receiving a written complaint.
15.3 Formal Dispute Process. In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may submit the dispute for resolution to the competent courts of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Philippine courts for all disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms.
15.4 PAGCOR Oversight. php33 operates under applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players may submit gaming-related complaints to PAGCOR through PAGCOR's official regulatory channels where a dispute with php33 cannot be resolved through the process described in this Section.
