In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a real risk of serious harm to affected Data Subjects, php33 will notify the National Privacy Commission within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, and will notify affected Players as soon as reasonably practicable through their registered mobile number or Account notification system.

12.1 The php33 platform is strictly for individuals aged 21 years or above, in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations administered by PAGCOR. php33 does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under the age of 21.
12.2 Age is verified at registration through a mandatory declaration and is further verified through the KYC identity verification process, which requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued ID confirming the Account holder's date of birth.
12.3 If php33 becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21, the Account will be immediately suspended, any balance subject to forfeiture, and all personal data collected from the underage individual will be deleted from php33's systems to the extent permitted by AML record-keeping obligations.
